I have been licensed in real estate since 1978 and a broker since 1981. I hold five Realtor designations: ABR, CRB, CRS, TRLS, and TRPM. I began my career in residential sales and have been actively investing in and managing real estate since the early 1980s.
Today, I own and manage my own investment portfolio and provide professional property management services. I wrote a Real Estate Investment course that was approved by Texas Real Estate Commission and taught for a number of years.
My experience includes property management, real estate investing, ownership and management of multiple real estate offices, supervising and training brokers and agents, on-site and land sales, apartment locating, and service on both the Texas and San Antonio Apartment Association Boards of Directors.

I was raised in Boerne and graduated from Champion High School before earning a volleyball scholarship to Texas A&M University–Kingsville. While at TAMUK, I earned a business degree with a specialization in finance and served as team captain for three of my four years, an experience that strengthened my leadership, discipline, and work ethic.
I grew up in a real estate household, so pursuing a career in property management after college felt natural. I received my real estate license in 2020. I bring a strong foundation in organization and communication to every client relationship. We treat your investment like it is our own. We use technology to enhance efficiency, but personal service comes first. You’ll always be talking with either David or me — a real person who knows your property.

I joined David in his real estate business shortly after we got married in the 90's. I am a licensed real estate agent and really enjoy the property management business. Over the years, we've had an opportunity to purchase some investment properties in Boerne, and it has been my great pleasure to manage them. In addition, I take care of administrative duties, accounting, and tax work, as well as insurance. I also assist David and Casey as needed and especially enjoy when we all three are working together on a special project.
We have always taken pride in providing excellent service to our clients and tenants alike.
